Conditions applied at our guesthouse

Room occupancy: some of our rooms have enough space for a third person (extra bed).

Single rooms: a surcharge of € 8.00 per person will be applied in the event of single occupancy of a double room.

Short stay supplement:

• A short stay supplement of € 7.00 per person will be applied for stays up to three nights.

Visitors’ tax: all prices are exclusive of the visitors’ tax, which is currently €1.50 per person per day (guests over 15 years).

Deposit: for firm bookings, we would request a sum of €100.00 per room transferred into our account (this will be stated when you book the room).

Payment: Cash. 

Arrival and departure: the rooms in our guesthouse and holiday apartment are available from 2.00pm and must be vacated by 10.00am. Please notify us if you wish to arrive later than 6.00pm.

Cancellation: the deposit will be forfeited should you cancel your reservation. We would recommend European travel cancellation insurance for your holiday in Tyrol to cover potential cancellations. In the event of no-show or last-minute cancellations, the Austrian Hotel Regulations shall apply.

Price and terms of payment: in the event of errors in the price information, we reserve the right to modify prices and refer to the current pricelist.
